Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 23, 2026
1. What we collect
When you join the NoticeMe waitlist, we collect the information you submit in the form: full name, email address, user type (creator or brand), profession, city, and an optional Instagram handle. We also generate a referral code for you and record which referral code (if any) referred you, along with the date and time you signed up.
2. How we use it
- To confirm your email address via a verification link.
- To let you know about your spot on the waitlist and the Service’s launch.
- To attribute referrals between waitlist members via referral codes.
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and automated submissions (for example, rate limiting repeated submissions from the same IP address or email).
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Where it’s stored
Your waitlist information is stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. Row Level Security is enabled on that table with no public policies — only our server-side API routes, authenticated with a private service-role key, can read or write it. It is never exposed to the browser directly.
4. Third parties
We use Resend to send the verification email, which means your email address and name are shared with Resend solely to deliver that message. We use Supabase to host our database.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information at any time by emailing hello@noticeme.app. We’ll remove your record from our database, which will also stop any future emails to you.
6. Data retention
We retain waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is open, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
7. Changes to this policy
As the Service moves from waitlist to a live platform, this policy will be updated to reflect what data the live platform collects. We’ll post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
