Terms of Service

1. Overview
NoticeMe (“NoticeMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website (the “Site”) to let creators, freelancers, and brands join a pre-launch waitlist for a creator discovery and collaboration platform that has not yet launched (the “Service”). By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on our part to grant you access to the Service, at any particular time, or at all. We may change the features, eligibility, rollout order, or availability of the Service at any time without notice. A referral code may move you up the list, but we make no guarantee about timing or order of invites.
3. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist (full name, email address, user type, profession, city, and optionally your Instagram handle) and to confirm your email address via the verification link we send you. We may remove submissions that are duplicate, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to bypass rate limits or spam protections, submitting the waitlist form on behalf of someone else without their consent, or attempting to access non-public parts of the Site (such as the admin dashboard) without authorization.
5. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive a verification email and occasional emails about your spot in line and the Service’s launch. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. No warranty
The Site and the waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves from pre-launch waitlist to a live platform. We’ll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date.
